@Annonymous

Thank you for such a detailed post. Our goal was to make a site where such and other issues about are industry brought forward. I understand at first some people might misuse it but at the end I am hopeful that we will all learn and mature.

As for the employers response we do have "Employer Accounts" which you can register and then post official replies to each post as clarifications.

If you have any issues or confusion feel free to email me at haris.khan@pingmycompany.com

While I am stunned with the master piece of development work that went in to this site's development, I disagree with its theme.

I am sure you must have burnt a lot of mid night oil to bring together this master piece, but one thing keeps bugging my mind

What is its purpose?

Social Networking and web 2.0 was born to give collective wisdom a new medium for knowledge sharing in a positive direction. I think using it for a topic like employee/employer hypocrisy is such a waist of your time and energies.

This idea would never work in a free world, because Employee hypocrisy is only problem of Pakistan or more 3rd world countries like ourselves.

Our small software industry is already in such a short of human resource, here we have to literally dig the ground to find a quality resource, and sites like yours would only make situation worse.

This site gives you one side of picture, what about the other side. What if employer has to defend himself, what will they do.

Why is an employee always innocent?

I want to tell you my story. I started a software company in ISB back in 2005. With my best hardwork, I brought about good business. I observed that people only work when boss is around. If you dont ask them about work, they would never do it. They would never feel the responsiblity, meet the deadlines.

As company grew, I offered big raises, Pick and Drop, Medical insurance, Outing toors. But what did I get in reward?

One of my employee stole my biggest client and went direct through with him.

Other one, stole half my team and formed his own software company.

Another one got direct with client and got Visa to USA and hw is working directly for my client in US.

I am on edge of bankruptcy, near to closing this company.

Do you think an employer is always cruel?

What would you say about my situation?

I find employees in this country are most hypocrate.

1. They hate to be bothered about their duties

2. They hate when boss is around

3. They love chatting, surfing, pornographing

4. They want their paychecks coming again and again and again, but productivity =0

The reason why I say this idea will not work for outside the world because there is little employee hypocrisy and politics in other countries.

SO does it really make sense to show people 1 side of the picture and not the other?

I hope administrator of this site will not block this comment and will let it post without editing.

I know owner of Zigron indirectly. He has done splended work. Keep it up and keep bringing more innovative but positive ideas that will help this country and it's sick IT industry grow.

With regards,
