yesterday I had an interview session at Zigron. MAN!!! the environment was cool and above everything people there are fabulous. Before starting interview session they provided me a juice and some time to get relax as there was hot weather outside. This was unique feature that I found in this company. The attitude of the interviewers were no doubt an exception. They didnt ask any question that was unnecessary and on the other hand they asked all the queries which could have been expected. They were indeed sophisticated personalities and regularly helped me in answering the queries. Though I wasnt prepared for the interview before as I was busy but even then I will say that the interview session was a great and I learnt a lot while the session. They were not asking queries but instead were having a technical conversation. It really doesnt matter for me whether they select me now or not but I do hope I become part of the Zigron one day so that I may find myself with the best technical community. Keep it up Zigron.

Black sheeps exists everywhere, in every company and so is in the zigron. In Zigron, biggest black sheep is LITTLE MASTER (LM). LM is master of illogical talking, master of **, master of involving himself in every thing (even if others don’t want him to involce). LM keep looking for what juniors and talking about and everything LM listens, forwards it to Admin. LM thinks that he is the only person who can suggest Admin in every matter. So a request to admin is that, everything you heard from this LM is not true. LM is against of everyone who don’t agree with him in any matter. LM is real jealous person. And a request to all others, don’t share anything in presence of LM around and don’t share with the persons who are close to LM (they are also black sheeps). LM will really stab your back. So BEAWARE.

honestly i got too personal with LM, Actually I was uneasy coz of some other things, and I spitted all uneasiness at LM. Very honestly, LM have bad things like everyone but there is nothing like TC, stab at back etc etc. I though this because of misunderstanding and I feel really embarrassed after knowing the reality. I am really really very sorry all about this……. I know this sorry may not wrap my mistake but SORRY I also say sorry to all others I labelled in my post, Plese forgive me, this all was coz of misunderstanding. And when i started showing them flaws in their current designs their CEO face just got :( And as expected i was never called again ;) Anyways pind my company is a real cool product, and i liked it.

I've worked in zigron for almost one year. I don't have words to admire my employer. He is the best employer to me. I started my professional career here. Zigron has given me the platform to outgrow because of which I'm now at very very good designation (that I never thought to be at so earlier). Finally, I respect my employers (Sir Haris andand Sir Qasim) by heart. I can never forget such great personalities. And some senior employees are also praiseworthy.

Zigron is full of exploitative and incompetent people and management. It is hopeless to work for a company like Zigron. I was repeatedly lied to by management, and left after three months of wasting my time there. Don't EVER join this company, or your will regret it.

Company is nothing. Just wasting time of candidates after calling them for interview. I have an experience that they call me for an interview and the persons including CEO know nothing about my field. They ask very funny questions. So my suggestion please think and then call. Don't call experience persons because your company have no caliber for them.

I have an interview few days ago… Firs when I went there, a person says do u have an interview,... who has scheduled this.... ok wait.....and he didn't get any response till 20 min then I personally myself called a peon and asked for HR person to call who scheduled my interview.....They don’t know I have an interview with them… After some time 2 young bosses passed by me, one beard one and other clean sheaf. They called me in a hall (a house bed room better)....... there is darkness and they didn't lightened the hall for whole interview. Both persons come with their laptops and they started asking questions they asked me so simple questions that am worried are they joking? Any ways they didn't know anything of latest of my field at least and high technology....... when i answered all questions correctly they started asking irreverent personal questions which are nothing to do with job directly or indirectly..... and they asked more irrelevant personnel questions rather technical questions.....in the end they said that i can ask questions when i asked about their company goods and bad they say no bad and all good hmmmmmmmmmmm...........one person clean sheaf has totally no idea of my field and asking business question which I and job have nothing to do with… After 2 days they informed me by email that i have all calipers but they are not hiring........ y? They don’t know themselves (in fact they need less professional people, I came to know through a contact)..I they know they called me for just wasting the time… My suggestions that if u call experienced people first see whom you calling what’s he person domain whether that matches to your job criteria or not then call people and ask relevant and clear questions not internet interview questions from Google..... And they introduce pingmycompany.com to anyone who went there even for once.. (free Marketing…..) Regards, Some one true speaker .........

if you are or have ever been part of zigron, you must be aware of the "growth" claims and plans, expressed at almost all "company meetings". Desire to achieve more and aim higher goals is good and it should be among the objectives of every organization, but there should be some practical actions backing the enthusiasm in achieving them. Sadly, the Big Boys their are missing the core aspect around which growth can be achieved, and that's People. If you are at the start of your career that zigron isn't an all bad place for you(seriously), for about a year or so, 1.5 max..if you are still there after that much time the reason maybe as following, a) you feel happy there.(living the "zig dream", way to go guys ..) b) or you are trying for one but haven't got one yet.(best of luck guys) c) or you haven't given your career a good long thought yet. d) or you were lucky enough to not to be in a "crunch talk" session about raise/bonus/some other benefit(yup, there are some lucky folks as well). Now why you should not be there after 1.5 yrs.. a) Zigron management want it that way, for some reason two fresh resources are preferred to an experienced one(a milestone in growth :-) ).and I don't blame them, most of the work at zig doesn't require experienced resources. and salaries/benefits becomes somewhat of an issue as well after a while.(haven't had any? just wait pal..soon you'll ;-) ) b) Your learning curve will hit a solid horizontal slab, as there aren't many seniors to learn from(that does count, when you work with skilled experienced pros you learn without even knowing it) c) That "lenient timing", that's a curse..believe me it is..late hours are part of the deal in this profession, but zig boys push it a bit too far, you can come at 12(hurraay..) but you will leave at 11-12 as well, twice a week at least (guaranteed!!). To me, it happens because Project plans(due to lack of skilled exp'd resources maybe,its not the only reason though!! ) are not worked out properly, which results you spending way more than your fair share of nights at the office. To be honest, management can't be totally blamed for that, its part of the culture there now, set by "some"(they are also sick of it now i think) but the consequences are faced by all. Working weekends are also a common practice(correct me if i am wrong) . d) On asking about your raise/bonus/some other benefit, you'll get on of the given below (maybe they have added some more over time but you won't hear a "NO"for sure) 1) "mmmmm, well i have to discuss it with ---, don't you worry,what about that change in release ..." 2) "We will review it next time .. don't you worry,what about that change in release ..." 3) "did i say that?, mmmmmm..i don't think i did, did i?..mmmmm ..yes.. no ...mmmm....well, i don't remember..anyways,don't you worry,what about that change in release ..." 4) " i forgot...mmmmmm..don't worry,i'll talk to ---..don't you worry,so where were we on changes in the release ..." 5) "we are finalizing it...don't you worry,what about that change in release ..." 6) (my personal favorite ;-))"you got a raise!!!, its applicable from month right after next to next to next to next month...don't you worry,so where were we on changes i n the release ..." 7) when you say "4k!!, i thought we talked about more ..", response will be, "mmmmm,we will review it after 6 months..don't you worry" (be ready to hear response #3 after that) 8) or maybe you get what you want..(some folks are just lucky, rare though they are..) I know management are never supposed to be giving flat yes-no answer, but they should stick to the promises they make as it plays a major role in how a person sees himself as a part of the company. Many ex-zig veterans would tell you, it doesn't happen much there. (for most its the reason they had to leave). On the bright side, you have a pool table and a ping pong now as well..mess lunch isn't that bad either(i didn't say good)..or or ya..i am aware of manager helping out the employees in there personal problems in some cases(note that i used "manager" instead of managers), which is a positive gesture. I just tried to put things the way i see it, your experience might be different but its what i know personally and from people around. I do wish zigron best of luck, zigron offered something different, i would say .. but it something went wrong over the course. I hope management can sort them and zigron can eventually "grow" :-) (P.S. I hope it gets posted)

I would condemn ZIGRON for making such a inappropriate website/app. You will only see Pings in Favor for Zigron here. And the most unprofessional thing about this application is that Zigron is not stoping people from using abusive languages. People are free to use what eve kind of language they can use. They are follow the guidelines. Zigron guys, be professional and focus on some thing productive and that can inculcate a sense of professionalism in everyone. Please do not make such apps that allow users to post abusive stuff.
