They've pathetic customer services, especially the idiot lady who sits in Karachi head office is a stupid cum ill mannered cum irresponsible one. It's been two months nor did they fix up my mobile neither responded at their own. Everytime I call them, they give lame excuses, and now they don't pick up the phone...... What a crap company it is........! I'll suggest general public, not to buy mobile from United Mobile ever.... plus I'll suggest united mobiles to close mobile distribution and start selling pakoraas...... if not then samosaas Poor chaps

These people at United Mobile sell smuggled mobile phones to make big profits. They have shit customer services. You can get through their customer service center numbers and if you ever get through then they just make guide you and never deliver on time. Its better to buy a mobile phone without warranty instead buying it with United Mobile warranty.

I buy I-Mate jama, after some days it stop working, i went to customer service, they refuse to take mobile and said it is broken, but it is not broken, they fight with me and said if you wana repair your mobile, pay us. we'll repair for you else not. Mobile is still in warranty it has more than 6 year warranty.

hi..i am munawar...i gave my nokia e63 mob at ur service centre at mall plaza multan cantt for repairing..as mob is under warranty...the problem with my mob was just of mic...i gave my mob on 7 july2010..on 8th it was sent to karachi because of non availability of mic here in multan..which is astonishing...watever the prob was here but today iz 15 of jul..once i called at service centre today...person named AMAN..he was unaware of it and said v have sent it to karachi and stil its not back...once i asked to confirm from karachi and let me knw...after short while he called me and gave me a no and said tat u may contact on this no for ur prob...once i asked tat i hope this is ur job to confirm and let me knw...he was speechless....UNITED MOBILE...wow..i had a bad experience with MOBILE ZONE once...so i bought a mob of ur warranty...but thngs r same everywhere..it was just a prob of mic...i did not told them to build a new mob for me...so can u tell me ven vil i get my mob plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz???????????? and one more thng...i hav just recieved a msg frm ur service centre tat there iz liquid damage in my mob...and RS500 are req for this....wat r u doing...my set iz already late by 3 dayz and ven i am askng its whereabouts then u tell me this prob just to coverurself!!!!!!!...there was only prob vith mic...all other thngs vere functional..plz for god sake return my mob...u all r playing vith us and this country...ur response has been shameful...
