one should abide by what you accept in your job letter dear, or u'll be kicked in every company if u'll try to cheat them as well.i hope i have made my point clear and its better to abide by the code of conduct of a company when you seek a position there.

As far as the charactistic is concerned -- Friendly Enviroment -- High Emotional Intellengice in Manager / Lead Level -- Nice pay -- Working hour 9 am to 6 pm -- Holidays on Weekend (Saturday and Sunday are off) -- Lunch cost is beared by employee and organization halfly -- Yearly bonus (1 salary is must) -- Provident fund (Now starting in few months)

provident fund has been intiated which is a wise move, one can contribute 10% of his monthly salary and rest 10% would be contributed by the employee..... and this 20% per month will remain with company and would keep on increasing and when one wants to ove to some other place etc this whole amount of provident fund would be given to that person :) COOL :D
