Don not ask about salary, which salary ..... do we get it??? One of the most Multi National companies which is just by name Multi National not salary wise. Very very cheap salary raise as compare to all other Multi National companies in Pakistan. No one will believe that we work in a Multi National company if we will qoute our salary/salary raise.

There is one of the most unfair policies (for PS) is that you will not be compensated by TA/DA if you go out of country and your visit is less than a month. Although its not OK for GCC too but PS associates get this chance very rarely. GCC ppl stay out for a long period, so they get their TA/DA but PS ...... ???? if you get a chance for a training, means you will have to spend two salaries and get nothing. So, this policy should be different for PS and GCC.

Only a ture n sad fact that you can get hired there by bribing the HR or get a strong refrence. They just don't care about your skills/qualifactions etc, coz there you will be only working as a data entry operator. Anyhow gud option for those who have a degree in IT but nothing else :D

Had a long and tedious interview experience with them. I don't know why they are rude in the interview and why the whole process took more than 2 months. It's crap. At the end i heard that they have no projects coming this year due to investment in Pakistan is less because of security situation. So, they are not hiring this year. This is rubbish. Looks wise company seemed okay and professional.

Teradata people are mean. I mean really mean! The way little issues are handled, at least from what i've seen, there are power groups in the company, psuedo-consultants politcizing around just to make their way. If only the Teradata HR in Dayton knew how they sell their 'consultants' to clients by doctoring CV's .... Sheesh man! Better to join true consulting firms like CapGemini and Accenture, rather than rot around and get some meager raise and look to 'big guys' who can 'make it work' for you.

Teradata sucks! It hires mediocre bullshitters who can just do their consultancy work. You will see a hell lot of idiots wearing tiee and suits, thinking of them to be highly professional people but the reality is that Teradata sucks big time. Being a multinational, their pay is inappropriate.

Believe me when I say I have an experience with third class companies where one really gives everything and gets nothing in return. I have seen politics and leg pulling in companies and I havent seen anything like that in GCC. This company has good clean culture where one is admired of efforts. GCC has given me a chance to grow professionally. It has an excellent working environment and it provides a chance to truly build one's career. The consultants in GCC treat eachother like family and we all progress togather, helping eachother out whenever required. Those who say against it have not seen ugly working environments. For me being part of GCC is something to be proud of.
