Pragmedic Soluttions was worst company of my carrier. Poor management, late sitting. no bonus. no annual leaves. Politics in office. Two stupid leading this company (Akif + Atif) made it worst.

You are suitable for this company if 1) You can work like donkey 2) You love unconditional, un-necessary, sudden late sitting ... even night stays 3) You have no concern with salary, whether it is paid to you or not. 4) You do not want to learn new technologies, and want to work on old/bogus technologies/languages. 5) Want to learn miss-management, unprofessionalism, bad planning .... and so on ... There are a lot more to go .... will be posted with time ....

i have learned a lot from this company 1) perfect milaam of english and urdu slang........ Kattay, meri jaan, chud gaai, baghair tail ke 2) live modestly.... never know when will u get paid 3) to live without any contact with outside world... with less important ppl like family, wife and kids and friends 4) revelation that we are saving lives.... 5) umeed...... 6) dealing with short sighted deadlines, 7) using washroom without toilet tissues and soap and sometimes water as well 8) staying late without dinner and conveyance 9) boiled water is tea 10) working extra long hours on public holidays without any incentive 11) sabz sabz gardens 12) to come on time in morning and not to ask when to go back 13) dealing with continuous changing office policies 14) patience 15) respecting person who you know is good for nothing 16) backbiting 17) taking undue pressures 18) making some thing, changing it, bringing the previous changes back, changing it again, realizing that what actually was required was not conveyed, starting the same work again..... can be covered under patience, but i like to dramatize :p 19) inventing wheel over and over and over and over again. 20) using chairs which have given me now back pain. 21) now that a good one, we have a rat friend too in our office. 22) deduction of 6% taxes... of all employees 23) working under dim lights and continuous power failure did i mentioned ACs not working? 24) getting a salary raise at the time of resignation and a chance to go dubai abudahbi without any TADA 25) bitching about people who have left 26) how to give vague answers when asked for pay... 27) how to insult people indirectly infront of them

Pragmedic is one of the good organizations in Healthcare IT industry. I disagree with the negative comments. The good thing about it is, a product based organization and product based organization does not dissolve easy. As far as the characteristic is concerned -- Friendly Environment -- High Emotional Intelligence in Manager / Lead Level -- Nice pay -- Flexible Working hours 9:30 am to 6:30 pm -- Holidays on Weekend (Saturday and Sunday are off). Being five days of work, we get appropriate time to relax. -- Management also provides subsidized lunch facilities. -- Other fringe benefits such as Special care for further studies.
