The idea by Orgoo came like something new might happen on the web, but after almost two years since it's birth, it is now an outdated and old stuff. Most of the big web-companies have already incorporated such features in their own products. So Orgoo is not a block-buster here. This idea would be great if it came to public in 2001. But it's 2008 now, and people already have much stable and mature solutions/products for such features. Their marketing department has tried to utter on the Internet to gain some popularity. They tried by writing blogs, ads, paid reviews etc. And people wanted to see the real thing, after they have read about it in those rossy blogs and reviews. But there product has not yet came to the market, even after two years of marketing compaign. So after reading their blogs and those paid reviews by others, one would say, "hmm, OK, I had a good dream". In business, if you are a day-dreamer, or whisper dreams to your clients, they are simply not interested. They don't want you, because you can't serve their needs. This actually clearly renders the lack of experience of their marketing department. And about their product. It's simply not for dial-up users. Only people with a super fast Internet connection can use it. Because it is very slow. Most of the people on the Internet have slow Internet connections, hence Orgoo cannot target most of the market. They can only target a small community with fast Internet connection only. Inside the company, they have many management issues. One can say, that "Orgoo is in management crisis". Most of the people complain about the behavior of the top management with their employees. One can simply ask Orgoo, "Do you really mean business?". Up till now this startup company has not shown a positive answer to the question. Such companies die quickly as time passes by. Forget about Yahoo, Google and other big web-companies. They are real bussiness companies. Orgoo is just a day-dreamer with a non-professional attitude and inexperienced background. Be it in management, business marketing, strategy and product development.

I agree with Business Analyst 100% plus. The upper management is extremely non professional not to mention empty of concepts. The concepts of the decision makers related to internet technologies are super screwed up. REALLY super screwed. Abusive language towards the employees' parents is used in meetings. The upper management believes in working harder not smarter.

Orgoo is perhaps one of the best companies to work for, but only for individuals that can take challenges head on and are willing to learn and innovate. It’s in no way meant for people who are looking for a regular 9-5 job. The environment present is not to confine innovation but to cultivate it, something that other companies tend to undermine. The office atmosphere has always been conducive to growth, both professionally and monetarily. The higher management has always believed in promoting a culture in Orgoo akin to universities, where every employee is a student and is provided limitless opportunities to learn and apply what they have learned practically into Orgoo. This is what takes Orgoo to a whole new level, something that other companies will take years to reach.
By Barbados Slim
Seems to be another paid "review" by 'Barbados Slim' in favor of Orgoo, as mentioned by 'Business Analyst'. I think the guys at Orgoo are trying to hide the Sun with their fingers from the world. It is the worst company you will ever see in the IT world for software engineers.
By Eric
Barbado Slim said (in favor): "...something that other companies will take years to reach." yeah, other companies will take years to be so worse/bad/non-professional/ill-fitted/bogus like Orgoo internally is.
By eye
These guys treat their employees abusively.
By hurt
The work at Orgoo is NOT challenging but just donkey work.

Barbados Slim said: "It’s in no way meant for people who are looking for a regular 9-5 job." By this Orgoo means that: "you will have to work anytime we call you to come to office, no matter it's evening, mid-night or weekends".

By Barbados Slim: "...The higher management has always believed in promoting a culture in Orgoo akin to universities." They want to hire university students, because they can be best exploited by the upper management, since these students don't have knowledge about corporate culture and its norms. So they can be pinched and pressed more than experienced professionals.
By Manager
Salaries are a liittle higher, at the lose of your self-respect and dignity.
By Big Fact
Barbados must be out of his mind ... this company sucksssssssss
By employee
I am a former employee of the company rest assured the language used by Barbados Slim is either Shahzad Tiwana or his labrador Sajjad Zaidi. there is no employee working in Orgoo, I mean actually working under the dirty enoviroment created by Shahzad tiwana, whose name is Barbados Slim

I agree with some comments about product. but its very professional atmosphere in my experience. no abuse and everyone is helpful. Lots of cutting edge work to learn. salaries are also decent
By Anonymus
The first comment from my colleague I heard about the upper management after my joining this company was: "well, if we don't learn anything new, we will definitely learn abusive English in little time here."
By hurt
Careful analysis of the company reveals that there is no word called "Professionalism" in the dictionary of Orgoo.
By Eric
I am sorry Eric but this is not totally true ... not a careful view but a merely casual chat with Shahzad Tiwana will tell you that abusive language is the biggest issue. The comment made by anonymous is surely none other than Shahzad Tiwana he is the only one not abused by anyone. The comment in favor is really stupid, you really have to be someone very un important, not to get to talk to Shahzad Tiwana and when you do, you feel as if he prides himself for the strong language he can use, once while talking to me he ran out of login (which happends very often) he came back with a stupid line right out of hollywood saying (not being quoated here as Mr. Sherlock Tiwana will only do one thing he is good at ... behave negatively)... I replied with a simple smiley and rested assure that talking logic to this guy is useless
