Very bad experience in MTBC.Their HR is the worst. I am 100% sure no one in HR knows what HR means. They are just sitting there to fill out the attendance registers and to keep leave record.

Pathatic Environment...Really I hate people working over there..I have doubts over the Educational Qualification of HR manager . Secondly Training Manager is just an Intermediate and they claim to hire people with minmum Graduate. Bad Experience.

well in my point of view. if u have the talent and guts this company will really value you.it offers great work enviroment. great facilites and a rewarding career. more over its a great platform for young graduates who wants a hands on experience on different fields like IT, finance, hr, and offcourse medical billing. has a very balanced culture where every one is respected. diversity and fairplay are its the dominant featurs. i recommed it strongly..

To be honest, MTBC is not a company to work in.They take full advantage of poverty and needs of the people. About Management, No doubt they are just ____. I dont wana write those words.I spent 1 year worked whole heartidly but got kicked at the end when i talked about my rights :( A Company dominated by few Family members, one in each department.The Old Baba has special hand on their heads.MTBC GURU must be from them.

...If you think management doesn't know about this site you are naive. Anyone who proves him/herself at MTBC is rewarded. Anyone who says otherwise is obviously a person who could not compete, not educated, or talented enough to remain at MTBC. The work is not easy and requires a higher level of thought - not all can rise to the challenge. If you want to be rewarded for doing bad work then you certainly can not last at MTBC and We pitty your future! ...and if you think We can't find out who has posted on this forum you are also naive.

A bunch of low paid workers. Most of them are actually from lower middle class background doing there first jobs and mtbc instead of paying them according to their efforts, just gives them some managerial titles to keep their mouths shut. Environment not suitable at all for females of good families.

I never recommend this company to any one. Really a congestive environment. Two or three families holding the whole company. You have no freedom of expression. I can have a debate with management on what they get and they pay to their employees. Its Just American by name, but when look at the salary structure, its worst than an average company in pakistan.

I just left this company due to its unhealthy working environment and lack of oppertunities to grow further in your field. Major positions in IT are just captured by a group of Cousins and second cousins from DG khan. In fact there are alot of more people from DG khan in IT department. Just DG khanians working with their own policies of doing TCs....just stupid people.

Friends,when i left MTBC I was having all those thoughts which those guys have who ping against...I considered MTBC as blood sucker,giving no incentives to employees and all that stuff..but after spending some more time in market now i believe that MTBC is not that evil.Like all big companies it has some good and some bad things as well.They are paying very low indeed but they are giving many facilities as well.You can't find such a medical treatment in private sector.One thing i might suggest to MTBC's management is that very tight atmosphere causes frustration.So much security shows insecurity.But over all i rate this company as good company.I wish success to you as overall more than 3000 people are indirectly dependent on you.

aha. I never knew I would find this on the internet. Overall, I would go in favor of MTBC, because it was my first company and I spent alot of time there and learned/experimented lots of things related to my profession. And believe me, there is no IDEAL company. Why I left because I am getting 10 times more $$ when I joined it :P (around 6 years ago). And that was simply impossible in MTBC. And learning exp is also much greater now. For those who are against..... hey I am with ya guys :D ...... just kidding. If you think that this company has a sucker management and poor culture, I would advise you to look for better opportunity elsewhere. Or if you have balls of steel, why not change its culture by proving that you can do better. If still you work for it and you think its a sucker, you are looser yourself. For those who are in favor....... ahh I can remember few of the faces :D LOL :D..... keep up the good work. What else I can say..... Overall, I have respect and regard for everyone there. Just remember guys, no human is perfect, no company is ideal and no corporate (carpet :P) culture is ideal for everyone. Wish you all the best.
