LMKR was my first and only job experience in Pak and I personally learned alot but I have to agree with all the "Against Pings" as those issues do exist and LMKR has to address them quickly... *Disclamier : Just to be fair I will like to mention I am Co-CEO of Zigron Inc and PingMyCompany is our product.

Well, its a bad place to work at :-). Too much favoritism. Stupid as hell management [especially HR and their VP Shabana Khan aka Bunny]. LMKR minus Bunny can be a good place to work at.

A true SETH company with all the VIPs (born off influential people by mistake) getting all the raises, cars, perks etc. etc. The HR code (or any other code for tht matter) applies only on the less priviliged (the people who work their a**es off to make LMKR where ever it is). All TC doers of the VP get to do all they want any time they want. Absolutely NO growth!! Dead Grounds!! HR/Accounts/Admin are the worst Depts. I've ever had to deal with in the past 3 companies I've worked for! To top that you need to either run off because of the dim-witted senseless notice period OR Buy the comapny that you want to join next so they agree to wait for you for 3 MONTHS !!! Aaaaaargghh !!! Join Punjab Police instead !!

I started working with lmkr from the year 2005 and so far its been great while working here . I stronly believe that we make our own envoirnment and we make our organizations better by ourselves ...we are the ingredients of organizations who either make them or break them. Looking at myself and my organization I feel I am aligned with it . last but not the least is that I believe I am at the right place :)

LMKR is a first rate company. One of the best if not THE BEST in Pakistan. It's rapid growth may have led to some slight bumps along the way, but what in this world is immune from growing pains. Overall, it's THE BEST, OF THE BEST, OF THE BEST.

I personally conduct alot of interiews in my 2 years of service and I know that LMKR have Good interview panels. Always try to adopt right path (with proceses) for right people, so for part of LMKR, you guys should be right :)

Come on, I mean really yaar why is all you saying that things when you know the true is not so good. I work in LMKR and I know that the peoples dont have a say and the mangement doesnt care the small bit. The unqualified peoples who TC can LPC, all they get is money, car, bonus and title while the quiet hardwork get nothing and get a 2 year bond and 3 month policy so no other company think to hire you. If you get interview with other company then the HR team help to make problems for you and also get the other company to say no. This is evil and not like a good company to the employees. In LMKR they give you a Danda where it is Thanda.

Probably the worst company in Islamabad. Bloody full of politics of the management, i never even bothered to Apply for a job in this company.. I was offered to Apply by an X colleague who joined LMKR, i simply and immediately refused to join.

I once dropping my CVs in different companies in ETC (Islamabad) when i am about to start my career. I went to LMKR and I saw their security guard sitting outside and was collecting resumes. I saw that, and moved otherway without dropping my resume. Is it really how they collect resumes??? Shamefull.

I believe there is no company without issues or having perfect policies and people. However, one should be very careful in expressing his/her feeling about the organization. Make sure that you put a comment about company not a person. This world is too small and you may be crossing roads with ones you don’t like.

Great place to work! there is alot of learning if you have the flare. Excellent workplace environment, being an IT service providers it gives an employee a great chance to learn about new emerging technologies by the leading vendors like IBM, Oracel, MS, HP, and emerging in fields like information security, GIS, Knowlwedge nanagement, etc Most of the people get good jobs after working in LMKR.

LMKR is the most stable IT company in terms of Resources, Clients and financially. I got accepted in a University and I was given Relaxation in the 3 months of Notice period after my resignation as I had to leave early. Don’t have to do late sittings if not required, and no problem in taking casual/sick leaves (LGC). Company follow a Business process for all office matters Internal and External which is excellent. Management is Business Minded, and they know how to bring new Business to the company, so LMKR is here to stay. Team environment is excellent (LGC), and it really depends on the Manager what kind of culture(friendly) he wants to impose on the team. Problems are every where but it does not mean that the whole company is bad/useless and one should close his eyes. State of the art Facilities and it is well reputed and well known company in Pakistan. If you do your work quietly on time, and don’t get involve in politics, then it is a Good place to work. If you are very good in politics and you also are expressive, then it is the Best place to work. If you are unable to satisfy your client, then it is the worst place to work for you which is logical.

LMKR was my first and only job in Pakistan. Every company has its own issues and so does LMKR. But LMKR provides a very good opportunity to enhance your skills. It also provides a very good exposure to the new tools and technologies to its employees. You are always free to do whatever you like for your career progression. I spent almost 5 years in LMKR with good career growth alongwith Salary and Benefits. :)

LMKR is very good company. I spent almost 11 years with them. Throughout this period I learn a lot . During my assignment I visited US, UK, Middle East , Egypt and many more countries. Frabkly speaking I was not very good engineer, but I groomed myself in LMKR. The fact is that the position and status I hold today is because of my parents prays , Grace of GOD and LMKR support. Best of luck for LMKR.
