1. Too much work which will require late sittings.
2. Started in 1999 with 10 employee and still today not more than 25, so you can think that they don't wanna grow.
3. Salary and increments are generally like you are working in Govt company. Last year, they made some improvements on that. Good luck guys....
4. Haven't seen using or trying to get latest technologies. Not thinking out of the box.

Well what I have exp in Kpsoft it is a well reputed company. Relax environment.
Only one less salaries issue which was solved by Chief Last year. and what I think about lack of learning so answer is kpsoft is not a university where they provide learning environment to there students.

Well i have been in KPSoft since Oct 2007. On positive side, Over all environment is excellent like other multinational companies. If you are lucky, depends on your project you may get a chance to visit foreign country (I visited Japan). On other side salaries are low as compared to good companies in IT market. Still for fresh graduates KPSoft is an ideal place....

I am a new employee in this company. Until now this company has appeared to me as one of the best and stable companies. Environment here is excellent, people are friendly and always willing to help others. I am new in this Company. Kpsoft is very good company. Its work environment is excellent like other Multinational companies. Employees are well skilled, very cooperative and always ready to help other colleagues. Management have very good dealings with their employees. Salaries are average and paid in time. A person who is good Technically and Socially (mean have good communication skills) can go abroad on business tour and this is beauty of Kpsoft.

My personal interview experience was good enough in this company. The management and other higher authorities try to bring out the best from the subject in the interview sessions, knowing that if the person has come to this stage he definitely would be capable for many things. Moreover, Selection also is based entirely on the merit, which is very good.

I am new in this company and in my short tenure here in this company i came to know that this is a good company. Its management is very good in dealing with employees like other Multinational Companies. Employees who are at higher level respond very well to new/junior employee. It has excellent working environment. Its employee are well skilled and are always ready to help other colleagues.
