Hah! Compensation for what?!? We work overtime and don't get compensated but if we have a doctor's appointment we better make 40 hours or they take time from our PTO. WTF!

Laid back until you miss an unreachable deadline. Then all hell breaks loose from management and pulls brand new (1 week with the company) employees into meetings about how they aren't meeting the deadlines. But the other 90% of the time, its fun.
