There atmos is pathetic no one cares there. HR looks around for guys to take interview even its scheduled and if no one comes they donot even apologise and just say plz come some other time like ones their servant in advance. Very pathetic behavior.

Ikonami is for wait looser , those that want their weight to loos they should join and i guarantee u will loos 6kg in 1week. Lot of donky work, late sittings, on weekends and many more. But one thing to remember, they are not shameful at all on this.

Only 4 to 5 people in the company are happy as they always have the habit of flattering the management, and the bad thing is that management only sees the good work of only those people. But real thing is that there are many other more talented peoples who are ignored as they are more straight forward and have principles.

Well they have only one policy. They will hire you will treat like a donkey. late sitting is their normal routine. Weekend is officially off but only for manages and CEO, it has never been off for developers.When it comes to Salary raise and increments you will then come to know how impossible it is! One Golden rule of Ikonami; Probation and Internship never comes to end .it might continue for 3, 6 or even an year. So in my opinion if you want your career suicide then come and join it else the better is to stay away from it.

I am finding the last two against pings funny, the company has great products and future. they have let go of a lot of 3rd rate staff that is true they went from 79 staff to 40 in 18 months after using them for a lot of donkey work over past year.. bad mouthing is by 3rd rate staff who have been fired or let go. Good riddance.

I believe that where x employees slate an employer, it is usually in 99% of cases, a rebound reaction to their own individual failings in being unable to reach the standard required by the organisation. Work damned hard and reap the benefits in ways of personal benefits together with those that come from the company growth to which you have contributed.
