It is too complex, i mean for ORKUT type peoples it is like HELL, You log in and you get 100s of invitations............. and some applications are so much complex that you really get out of your mind, how to use, how complete them.......... User interface is too small to contain all the stuff

Facebook is a lot better than MySpace in general. It looks neater and you don't have to load stupid people's profiles which have tons of code, that it is so messy, you don't even know what you are looking for. Facebook has a more appropriate audience and is more trustworthy than Myspace.

Well I think not only facebook but all the sites which are entertaining or social should be allowed in Office. All Work and No Play Makes a Dull Person. All time work will not only effect the overall performance of a person but also after office timings the person will be tired hence ruining his whole day in office work only. I think Facebook and all such applications should be allowed. Meaningful usage of such applications should be left to gut feelings of the employees. Ofcourse, the community or social circle or groups in those applications such as facebook can give suggestions to solve various problems one can face in his/her work. So there is a positive side as well.
