Management was pretty good when Shahzad was here. But now EnterpriseDB is being managed by so called three 'Cartoon' Directors. All three are technically useless. Although Ahsan is a very nice guy, but he really lacks the management skills. Director 'Umair' should be kicked out of the country. He is just a MTA(Mail Transferring Agent). And biggest 'YES MAN' of Faiz Bhai. I can bet he can't find a good job if he gets kicked out of the company. I think EnterpriseDB can again become a great company, only if we replace useless, nontechnical people like Umair.

Another thing about the Directors there. Zahid is always cussing like a sissy girl. Umair is forwarding emails or watching movie. I think both of them should be demoted to Software Engineers. Infact Umair can become a really good receptionist. There he can watch alot of movies and do nothing. But for god sake he can't be a director of something technical. He can't even answer a simple C/Java question. He needs to be get rid off, if EnterpriseDB has to survive in Islamabad.

I just reading about Directors in all bad comments, but what is the actual in real i want to share u....THE ACTUAL PROBLEM in EnterpriseDB is MANAGEMENT. Although Ahsan support development in a bit good way but one director UMAIR deals with resource like a police man....watcher....guard.... n has no techical skills ...but one thing is most important which he has a good skills which is how to make a GOLII..."GOLI keysay deytay hain"...he knows better than every body.

I worked in this company for more than 3 years and I loved the experience. In the beginning there was no solid development process but by the time I left they had the best process in place (thanks to Faiz bhai). I have no doubt that this company is the best place to learn and enjoy your time.
