It was worst experience of my life, Nothing was positive there. Actually owner of the organization is very ignorant towards his work. Two kidds are called managers. Company is just focused to earn money through freelance portals so no proper software engineering, analysis, documenation or team work. They take assignments as projects and assign that so called project to one person and the only project manager would be managing 40 projects at a time then you can assume what type of projects those are. I think Management is the whole issue in avenir technologies and they also need a Highly Experienced Person to sort out all these things, other wise, i think owner will be changing his business in coming years and company will be closed.

I worked in Avenir for over 1 year and repent why I did that. There is no professionalism at all. You have to forget about good coding skills and efficient DB management if you want to excel in Avenir. The management prides itself that relation of employer-employee in Avenir is even worse than relation of master-slave. Management can ask anything from the employe, no matter how unethical and illegal it is and claims that it's their right to do so.

My project on elance is still no way complete and when asked for completion they asked for more money. I've already paid them thousands of dollars to complete the job and they keep on asking more when the work is no where near to complete. I've no problem in paying as long as I see something. Its the worst experience of my life, please do your research before going with this company.

I worked here as designer and they expected me to design something which I never been able to understand because they themselves don't know what they are talking about, because of this attitude and nonsense instructions I have to leave this company and now I've heard their other old designer is leaving the company soon. I think its time of he realising how badly the design is affected due to this behaviur of them.

This is not a pleasure to write against last company you work with but my experience has pushed me to save other people from this hell holes, its shit place , the exterior is well polished and interior is bullshit, plus the hardware provide is taken from star wars era, no hierarchy, awkward manager with no experience of managing anything, one of them actually yells to prove his authority which otherwise can't be seen or approved by his management skills
