I have to say this agency is a "waste" of valuable time. It's bad enough that you have to wait a good 30 minutes before you take a test, then the person you have been assigned an appointment with also has two or three other people lined up for an appointment at the same time. So it's pretty much the first finished with the test is the first to sit down and talk. I was in the office for an hour and the person who I was supposed to talk to was not available for me. I had to sit around until another person could be found. Not only that she was a scatter brain and didn't come across as professional at all. I have called to follow up for employment and have not received a call back. It's going on a week already! I also sent an email to the recruiting officer to call me. Nothing. So I am now going to look elsewhere. This place is just not it for me.
